I hold a master's degree in taxation, a law degree, and undergraduate degrees in accounting and political science. 

I am currently employed at Perotti and Carrade CPAs, a local CPA firm in San Rafael, although I eagerly serve clients from all over the Bay Area.

I enjoy advising clients on business and tax minimization strategies.

I've worked with a wide range of clients, including billion-dollar businesses, celebrities and high net worth individuals, to nonprofits and start-ups.

As a former IRS auditor, I understand audit procedures and have guided many clients through IRS and state tax-related disputes and audits.

I also provide litigation support services for attorneys and have consulted on disputes involving fraud, divorce, and construction valuation.
